SANDRO DORIGO
Before founding ultinity in 2021, Sandro co-founded Leonteq (formerly EFG Financial Products) in 2007. Leonteq was listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange in 2012 and has more than 500 employees. For several years, Sandro served as a member of the Executive Committees in Switzerland, Singapore and Hong Kong. He was Chairman of the Boards of all three Asian entities. Over 5 years, he lived and worked in Singapore. Prior to co-founding Leonteq, Sandro worked for Lehman Brothers where he was responsible for the Swiss securitised structured products engineering. During this time, he introduced the structured products distribution and processing platform, and led the successful launch of the public distribution efforts. Sandro started his career at Bank Julius Bär in 1994. After working for the M&A department, he joined the structured products desk, building up the structured products infrastructure.

Sandro Dorigo is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA), and holds a federal diploma as an expert in finance and investment from the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (AZEK).

invoitix was founded in 2018 in Baden (Switzerland) and offers digital invoicing, payment processing, invoice purchase, credit protection, fuel cards, toll management and VAT reclaim services to the European road logistics sector. Additional products and services will be added during 2022. Through the digitalization of the invoicing process, invoitix significantly improves the efficiency of the European road logistics sector and simplifies the day-to-day work of market participants.
As of today, invoitix employs 80 team members in Baden and in Poland, Spain, Serbia, Bulgaria, Czechia, Lithuania and India. invoitix’ expansion plans include establishing subsidiaries in Portugal, Romania and Hungary in Q1-2022, and further expansion into all other European countries during this year and 2023.
